We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your color and/or cut appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee on the full amount of service. We require a card on file for all bookings. All event hair and makeup require a 50 % deposit that is non-refundable.
